Also forgot. It's variable speed. Stand is just 3 pieces if scrap 1" tubing. Drilled thru saw case and attached with 3 bolts. C clamp to work surface. Check out YouTube for saw demo and stand.

Here ya go. It does work well. I've cut a lot of 1/8" on my 3rd blade. Saw is $80 blades are 3 for $20. Look for 20% off coupon. They are all over the place. I even get them...

Now left side done. All four corners of frame have been repaired. Downer is I found rust thru under the rubber frame stops. Both sides. Plus a little thin by fuel filter.

Fuxmyrust.com has some inexpensive floor pans. They are not exact OEM but still work well. I used them for my 90 wrangler rebuild and have a set of panels to repair my f150 bed.

Started replacing rt rear shackle mount. Replacing about 15" of frame. Little more welding and drill for leaf bushing.

Hee hee...I have the same shock mount broken. Wonder in 20 years how the new TK style will hold up? My daughters 02 TJ already needs a windshield. Frame looks good still.

Crap had to unbolt rear shackles to prepare for rebuilding frame. Found out gas tank is in the way. So had to pull it to.

OMG...this is about the same thing I'm doing now. Been at it off and on for a year now. Winter and non heated garage got in the way. I had to cut about the same amount of floor out. Rebuild supports...

I had to pull and found corrosion had broken copper circuit. I soldered jumper wires on it. Have to be careful not to burn plastic. Also I think there are kits for fixing it.

It's a curse! Once you have it you are doomed. On my 2nd yj rebuild. I have a little frame rust. Well? Actually have to rebuild all 4 ends of the fame rail. Plus floor. Plus fenders. Plus windshield....
