No clue LOL. I've built two LJ's since then and sold my TJ a couple years ago. I'd try replacing the flasher relay and the multifunction switch.

Lots of companies make 15ís in steel. Raceline, method and trail ready are the only companies I know of that make alloys in 15ís but Iím sure theyíre others.
