Hi everyone. This is my first Jeep, and the soft top frame seems to be missing some sort of connector on its side. I believe it’s a bestop frame but I’m not 100% sure. Would anyone here happen to know what the missing piece is called so that I can order a new one? Thank you!

Hi so I am now unable to get my top to release all the way down. It does go into sunrider position and from here won’t release down after removing windows and pulling the latch it will simply canopy and not pull the rest down. Any thoughts on why it’s not releasing all the way?
