I have an automatic 02 jeep wrangler sport i just got back from deployment and my transmission was slipping so i changed the fluid and filter after i changed it i test drove it without the skid plate on 10 to 15 miles max the slipping stopped but now it leaks i cant tell where its coming from i thought it was from pan so i changed it again and did everything perfect i just cant figure it out has anyone experienced anything similar or can guide me in the right direction i think i mighta shook something look from driving without the skid plate

Could you have accidentally overfilled it? There is a case vent on the front of the transmission just above the input shaft that might be letting that possible excess ATF out. I doubt driving without the skidplate in place caused the leak.
