Going through the new LJ today and I noticed that it's got a lean on the passenger side, over an inch..

I know that on JKs the JK-Lean is normal, but I dont think it's normal on a TJ/LJ? What's the cause and more important, whats the fix? Pucks/spacers?

It's not normal om any vehicle, it may be tolerated but no vehicle should lean.

Check what my be the cause, broken spring, sagging spring, old springs that need to be refreshed ?

Body mount that's rusted through ?

Tough to say with out looking at it

That lean is normal on TJs/LJs too, it's engine torque that makes it back to the RR coil spring which causes that spring the first to sag.
