Maybe a dual steering stabilizer or fox ats would help.
He could temporarily remove it and figure out if that's the problem.

This may sound stupid, but have you checked front left tire for slow leak or tire pressure?

Dont have the alignment data, I believe it is a rough country 3" lift not sure was on it when I bought it

Having multiple alignments tells us nothing. We need to see numbers to see if anything is off or bent. Alignment maybe slightly off causing tire wear. worse case a bent housing or C.

Do you have adjustable control arms ? Cam bolts ?

If you're not sure take some pics of the front steering and control arms
