If the wheels are 5x5 bolt pattern yes they and the tires will fit a stock jk. They won't fit well or look right and your jeep will rub on all components if you drive over the smallest bump. But hey...then you can justify that lift you've been "thinking" about.
That size is considered a 35" tire. You will need to trim. Fenders and pinch seams. Probably add more bumpstop to keep them out of the fenders at flex. Or get a lift. Either a budget boost or even the TF performance leveling kit
