New to me Jeep, so I just installed a new brake booster and cylinder and noticed previously the brake switch takes a lot to press to get the tail lights on comfortably. Meaning if your sitting at a red light you wont casually have your foot on the brake with tail lights on. But if you smash the hell out of the pedal the lights work. So I replaced it instead of sticking the sort of working old one back in, now the new one works just as bad.

I know the switch on a 90 is non adjustable, so what do I do to have the brake switch work like it should?

I thought replacing would fix it, and its literally no better than the one i replaced. Please help, I cant drive it with the brakes like this. Nobody seems to have an answer when I say its nonadjustable.
