First I would like to thank you for your response. I'm new at this. Did a check engine light read. Was a 51 code o2 sensor. After changing the o2 sensor tried to start and now have all 4 relays clicking with no start. Have changed o2 sensor before with no problem. Had no problems prior to changing the o2 sensor besides the check engine light.
First things I would do is check and clean the battery cable connections...both ends, and your ground connections at the block and firewall. Then I would charge the battery fully. You seem to be describing bad battery/starter symptoms that may be unrelated to the O2 sensor replacement
