Need troubleshooting help.
1999 Wrangler with a 4.0, 2006 6-speed trans.

Started with no low-end power. Had a mechanic friend at the Dodge dealer look at it at nights at the dealership with their computers. After changing the head to a new one, it fired up, but still no low-end power. Then the next day it would not fire up, not even pop. That’s where we are now. There are no alarm codes. With a plug pulled and stilling on tip, it is sparking. Looked at the wiring but nothing obvious. With this having a 2006 trans, the Crank sensor in on the front of the motor, not mounted on the back. It's been like this and worked for a long time.

Cylinder head
Cap and rotor
New spark plugs
Tps sensor
Iac sensor
Maf sensor
Powertrain control module
Timing chain
Crankshaft sensor

Anyone have any ideas? I keep reading crank sensor for low power, but when we have the Snap-On computer hooked up and crack the motor, it is reading revolutions.

Dead in the water. Need Ideas

I forgot to add that we have good fuel pressure, and compression. Won't even pop with starting fluid.

Have you checked the fuse behind the glove box. It is a 20 amp fuse in the run circuit if blown will not run.

Found the fuse block behind the glove box. Is the fuse you are speaking about one in that block? Or inline in a wire somewhere?
