Sputters like someone is feathering the accelerator. It's intermittent. Initially called it a "shift flare", then stated it's a "feature" and another said we know of the problem but don't know how to fix it. Current dealership replaced - spark plugs, throttle position censor, mass air flow censor, crank shaft sensor, 3 of the 6 coils, updated the control module numerous times. I have Chrysler Care Claim with "Star" people involved; getting me no where. Service manager has requested field engineer and has been denied until they can get a "flight recorder" installed and vehicle driven. Dealership can't find a "flight recorder" and if they do, no one has used this device at this dealership. Issue started at <20k miles and currently at 40k. I love my jeep but it's got to get fixed and GOT TO GO!

Sounds like they assume it's an electrical issue which makes me wonder if it isn't fuel related somehow.
You could say I'm a bit dismayed with the throw parts theory they work under now days.
Your mention of the accelerator makes me think fuel.
