I probably left some stuff out but I will continue to update as time goes on. I love my jeep and have never had a vehicle that you could spend so much time and energy on and still have a long way to go.

Ride is awesome and the monster will climb absolutely anything the front tires can touch. Hence the name "RUDICON" cause she is just so stubborn. Stable on a hillside and more capable then anything else I have ever owned. Coming from 2 Raptors as my past trucks that in my opinion is high praise. But what do I know. All I can say is hello to every jeep I pass and enjoy the commoradery.

Very nice, you've been busy. Like the rock lights, might need to add those to my list when I order an sPOD and lighting :happyyes:. Is that Line-X on the fenders, visors and mirrors?

Yep. The factory fenders and mirrors got scuff and scraped quickly with the beatings I have been putting her through. This covered it up and made it look harder as well. Thanks for the kind words.

***UPDATE***

Working on my On Board Air setup over the last couple weeks.

Dual 444c Viair compressors Black Series mounted in the Warrior Products trunk
5 gallon airslamit.com tank mounted in factory muffler location
Will have an inline moisture filter and Viair regulator
All switched through my Spod and a 160 psi off 200 psi on pressure switch
Viair heavy duty tire inflator with dial and rapid deflator
Viair 50 ft coiled hose
Autometer A pillar dual guage pod for Viair Black Series pressure gauge

This setup should be able to inflate all four 35s from 15 psi to 38 psi within ten miutes. It should also be able to run light duty air tools and pressurize my stock rear bumper which is already made into an 8 gallon tank to clean cacked mud in a wheel or spray of the puppies after a long day of adventure.

This has been one of the most complicated systems I have alid out do far. It has taken alot of planning and test and refit. However the time shows in the finished product and it should be operational by this weekend. Can't wait.

Looking good!

And nice choice of weapon, SR9c or SR40c? Mine usually houses an SR9c or SR1911.

That is my SR40C. I really like it so it has become more of my EDC. I got a great deal on a Smith & Wesson 9mm that sleeps there now.

Got the Aeroforce installed yesterday and finally got the air tank mounted for OBA. All the wiring and plumbing is done just need a couple plugs for the empty spaces in the tank. Quick trip to Lowes. Then on to Hiddeb Falls make sure it all works under pressure.

Just ordered the Or-Fab swing out tire gate with integrated Rotopax, the Bartact center console cover to match my seat cover and a Smittybilt tailgate molle panel with bags. Cant wait for it all to arrive. Next up will be the Metalcloak fenders and flip step. Then a full coating of Kevlar or LineX...

In the interim I have been working on a new build. An offroad beater. Had to have something I could destroy and not be out the thousands I have in my Wrangler.

Enter a 2000 Nissan Xterra. 4x4 with LSD, bone stock other than a brand new set of Cooper all terrains, 181000 and in good condition overall. Few minor issues but solid overall. Day one... Replaced leaking valve cover gaskets, exploded radiator and axle that was slinging grease. Ordered cheapy cargo basket, quick fists and shovel and axe to start.

Day 3... Gutted interior to deep clean. Call me anal but I dont make a habit of sitting in others filth. Although it wasnt super dirty all the cracks and crevices were caked with grime from the past 15 years. Removed carpet, seats and pressure washed and scrubbed with heavy duty chemicals. Set out to dry.

With all the interior out started on the faded plastics. Figured I would do a little at a time as I rarely have a full day to tinker.. With the cargo basket and hand tools on the way it just made sense to get the roof tack knocked out first and only have to mount the basket once. Pulled it all apart quickly and started sanding. Once prepped and after one last wipe down with acetone, I started brushing on the bedliner. Used some Bed Armor I had left from another project and was able to get it all covered in 3 coats.

More to come on the Xterra...Also I cant wait to get out and wheel this thing hard. Gonna test the capabilities stock and figure out how far I am gonna take this beater.

Been a busy couple of months at work but should have some time soon to finish up some of the ongoing projects that I have.

The Or-Fab tire carrier finally arrived. The shipping was a little slow but I can't complain for the price. 605 shipped to the door. All I have had time to do is unbox it. Let me say it was very well packaged. Everthing is wrapped in shring wrap, the hardware is in a seperate smaller box, and the whole box is filled with spray foam insulation. Impressed so far. The directions are a printed version of the one you can find online but I will most likely print a better copy because the one supplied is quite blury. Looking forward to the install. The will pretty much complete my "carry on needs" meaning... I will have on board water, compressed air, fuel, emergency first aid kit, bug out bag, fire extinguisher, light, and power. Ready for most situations.

I have installed the Bartact center console cover and the Smittybilt tailgate molle and bags. Happy with both of those products thus far.

The Xterra is coming along as well. Snorkel retrofit and installed. Also removed all the baffling from the intake. Nice throaty sound now and definately more throttle response. Gonna crank the torsion bars up front tomorrow for a little extra tire clearance. Also got the stock roof rack bedlinered and added a cheapy cargo basket. Looks great in my opinion. Also added quick fist mounts for a full size shovel and mounted the axe with quick fist just inside the rear hatch on the headliner trim. Got a great deal on an orange Springtail Mpac first aid kit off ebay to replace the missing factory first aid kit. I am also in the process of flipping the rear tow hitch 180 degrees so that it does hang down and hurt the departure angle too much. ***I know I know. All the jeepers are saying you are talking about a Nissan xTerra*** I enjoy tinkering. It was cheap meaning if something goes terribly wrong my investment is minamal. And I am gonna offroad the hell out of it and use Rudicon as a chase and extraction tool. Should be well worth it.

Well my wife mentioned that she really wanted her own Jeep. I found a 2000 Jeep TJ Sahara. All stock but not for long. It has just over 103k on the odometer and although in very good condition has some upkeep items that just have to be handled before I will put my wife in it by herself.

New parts:
Powerstop brake rotors and ceramic pads
Full tune up. Bosch spark plugs
Cleaned the Airaid filter
New FelPro valve cover gasket installed
LED headlights
B&M short throw shifter
Rock Knob shifter ball
Bartact black and coyote front seat covers
Warn front bumper
Warn rear bumper and swing out carrier
Transmission flush and synthetic fill
MetalCloak 3.5 in Short Arm Long Travel Fox Edition
285*75*16 BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2
