I have a 2012 JKU sport.
I was wondering if I could put a 2.5 inch budget boost lift and flat fenders, and clear 33s without scrubbing.

You can do 33s with no lift and stock fenders. If your not getting new wheels with smaller backspacing then you'd need some wheel spacers. That's about it

That tire size would look awesome on stock lift with flat fenders.

If you put a lift on it along with flats I think you'd need at least 35s then.

Personally I wouldn't recommend 35s on the Dana 30 though.

New generation dana 30s can handle 35s in most situations. People run that setup here day in and out. Gusset the C's if you wheel moderately, gusset and sleeves if you want even more piece of mind.

x2 as the axle tubes are the same on the d44 and d30.
