Hard time to replace the cap, rotor, and 8mm wires for the HEI dizzy on the 4.2s with online speed shops in Canada.

Part numbers for the wires, nowhere. options; measure and crimp an 8mm set at $175.00!, only in a V8 set.

If you have crossreferenced or know of a Cap, rotor, and wires for 4.2 or 4.0 with brands you are using on your rig pls post.

Great tip on the wire set! Thanks.

You want 8mm wires for HEI, go 4100 series kits for 8mm.

See if you can find a 80's 305 chevy. They are all going to be about the same. Try a 6 cyl mustang.
I'll do a little browsing for you in a bit when it slows down at work.
