Hoping someone can help me out here.

I attempted to perform a software update on my 430N and may have bricked it. The unit crashed in the middle of the update (JEEP screen and then nothing for over 3 hours), so I pulled the fuse, waited an hour, and replaced the fuse.

Now the unit powers up to the Jeep screen and I can hear the unit trying to read the update disc, but nothing works. Just keeps cycling between a blank screen and the Jeep screen and CD reading.

Does anyone know the hard key combination to either a) reset the unit, or b) force the unit to eject?

Thanks in advance,
-Eddie

Minor update: I got the disc to eject but now the unit powers up to the JEEP uconnect screen and tries to load, then shuts down and reboots back to the same screen. Over and over again.

Anyone? Thanks.

Try disconnecting the vehicle battery for about 30 minutes then reconnect it.
