my coworker has what I think is a 47 2a. I can take a picture and upload it tomorrow. it's not in good/running shape, the original engine is sitting in front of it. I was told it has overdrive and could so 60-65. I was wanting some pics of some restored ones to show him. if you don't mind posting a picture of yours now and then, and how much it cost to restore it I would appreciate it. you could PM if you feel more comfortable with that. Im hoping in maybe a year or so if I get my new job then I could take it off his hands and redo it myself!! that's a big hope lol. thanks in advance for the pictures.

Sweet. I got one. Just picked it up last weekend. A 1947. Only 1750 on original working speedo. First pic is what it looked like the day I picked it up. Soft top looks weird on it. It was old and degraded. Off it went. Much better look without it. Even comes with a factory front PTO winch. It works. I just need to get cable for it. From what I've read the front ones are really rare. Rear winch most common. I only paid 3k for it. I'm having it appraised today. I'm sure it's worth more than I paid. (I hope) lol

Looks nice! Should be a little adjustment on the hood hinge screws so you could raise the back enough to keep it from beating up the fenders.

Here's my 48. And one of during the restoration. And before anyone says anything that ugly gas cap is gone now and replaced with a correct one. lol
It has been in the family since around 1950. My Grandfather bought it and drove it after he got back from wwII, then my grandmother drove it, my Mom learned to drive on it as well as my Uncle and I remember riding in it when I was a kid.
