HI there:D

New to this forum and just wanted to check with the experts before shelling out cash.

When my Jeepster was 1 year old I slapped a 4" lift and 33x13 tires on her. Well needless to say I had to run out the next day and hunt for outset rims cuz of rubbing on the rear coils.

Now that these tires have worn down I'm looking at different tires ranging from 33"-34" tall and 9.5"-10.5" wide.

Will my stock rims(saved them)take tires in these dimensions???

I'm pretty sure they will be ok, but I need a confidence booster so I wont be frazzed out waiting for them to come:D :D

Thanx to any and all who reply....

Mike

P.S.-I was also looking into Cragar 15"x7" steelies, I'm assuming they are pretty close to my stock ones anyone have them?

The offset of your stock wheels would be fine for sure with a 9.5 inch wide tire, but you might want to run a little spacer if you go with 10.5. I wouldn't buy adapter spacers, just the little 3/8 in. plates the still use the stock studs to mount to.

10.5's on your stock rims should work you will just experience some rubbing on your front control arms when turning lock to lock.

bfg makes 33x10.50's in mud and AT styles.

you can run the 33x9.5's on the stock wheels. if you run the 10.5" wide tires and get rubbing just do the steering stop mod (spacers or washers)
