I'm looking to buy 20 inch wheels and 35" tires for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The jeep has a 4 inch lift. What size wheel width would look the best 9 or 10 in?

if you run a 12.50 tire you only need a 9" wide wheel. If you are running a 13.50 tire like I am you will want a 10" wide wheel.

These are 20x10 Fuel Hostage with 4.5" of backspacing. The tire is 35x13.50x20

How bad is it running on the highway with that setup? I have a set from my Lifted RAM that I'm thinking about putting on my Rubicon 20X10 w/-12 35X12.5 Cooper tires. When they were on the RAM running 70 on highway sucked. Also What lift are you running and gears?

Thanks

I run 30psi and it's fine. I have no desire to run faster than 72 mph. It is a lot stiffer than stock. When I was waiting for my wheels and tires I was using the stock set and it rode better than the stock suspension. I am running the AEV 4.5" dualsport and 3.73 gears right now.
