92 yj air leak/breeze under dash

Hi all. Now that it is getting frigid out i am noticing a breeze coming through on the drivers side, under the dash. I checked it out and it looks like the piece of interior plastic that surrounds the ac inlet vent (mesh opening behind the hood) is broken. I can see up through this piece from the inside. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so what's a quick fix other than duct tape. I will attach a picture after work.
