Just recently I'm getting a misfire usually a couple of minutes after starting in the morning but while the engine's still cold. I replaced plugs a week or two ago but that's all I've done. Usually just lasts a minute or two and then we're good for the rest of the day. Doesn't do it every day either so I'm trying to figure out how to troubleshoot it...

I just got the OBD codes... 1-2-2-4-5-5. Any ideas?

That’s 12 & 24. 5-5 means end of codes.

Okay, thanks, that helped a lot! I'm a code guru now! I'm going to replace the O2 sensor because it seems like the misfiring is right around the time we go from open loop to closed loop.

Is there any way to clean / fix the TPS? Or is it just a pull and replace thing?

Just by way of feedback, I replaced the O2 sensor and while I was cleaning up the cables I noticed that a vacuum hose front he MAP sensor to the throttle body had come out (from the TB side). I've put that in too (though it seems like a pretty loose fit). Between my new O2 sensor and the reconnected vacuum line the misfire is gone!
