'97 gas tank skid plate

I live in northern Michigan but occasionally I take some leave and travel home to visit family which is in the Tri state area where Pennsylvania, Ohio and WV meet so if any one has a gas tank skid plate in goid condition to new in that area I would be very interested.

I've got a 97 with a 19 gallon tank. I have a skid plate and gas tank there is no rust that affects the structure. I have no idea what it's worth.
