Okay, guys and gals, this one puzzles me.
All my turn signals light
All my parking lights light
Emergency flashers: front passenger lights don't light (front and side), all others do.
I checked all the bulbs, all good.

Suggestions?

'97 TJ SE 2.5L. Previous owner added front bumper-mount lights, do it yourself job, apparently.

It seems obvious to me. If the emergency lights work in the rear, and they don't in the front, then there is some short caused by the poor install of the front bumper lights. Disconnect the poor install of the front bumper lights, and try to fix the splices or cuts made in the electrical wiring. Then, if that doesn't solve the problem, look at this thread to troubleshoot the electrical.

Yeah, the problem there is that there is power to the bulb when using the turn signal and parking lights. Is there a separate wire controlling the hazard function?
