I would not buy a 3" body lifted Jeep. That much body lift is not safe and it tells me the previous owner didn't know what he was doing which lends itself to questioning the care of the vehicle.

What's not safe about it? I thought it was a lot for a body lift as well. Thanks for the info..........

Yeah, if he wasn't that smart and installed a 3" body who knows what he didn't do to support it.

And a '98 with 108k for $9300 is pretty steep in my book... and KBB says a stock 98 saharra with 108k(auto) is only $7400 in "good" condition.

I'd keep looking, might take some time but youll find one that fits the bill better.

Agreed, I got my "98 SE for $5000+ . With Rancho lift and 33's.

I found, when I was looking last August, several in the same price range $5000 - $7000, with less miles and better set-ups.

Depending on what part of the Country your in but that price is too high..IMO about $7,800.00 at the very max.IF everything was mint..it's 9 years old already..

keep looking man. That is a bad situation just waiting to happen. For that kind of money you can do better.
