She is fine until she is going up hills .. no power when it shifts. Had transmission checked thats fine. Changed the throttle body and replaced countless other parts. It is not throwing any codes.
She has been to multiple mechanics and no one can figure this one out..any ideas?

I might suspect a plugged or blocked exhaust. The cats can break down and small pellets can block the muffler. Enough exhaust getting out cruising down the road, but push it harder to get up the hills, not enough flow. That's happened to me before.

Welcome to the forum.

We must have more details about this rig of hers. As mentioned, tire size and gear ratio? Sounds like an auto from your post. What year? Weak fuel delivery maybe?

Where about are you located? also what are the stats of the Jeep? (year, trans type, ect) if your close to another member perhaps they may be able to assist with diagnosing or at least seeing what is going on.

If you don't start posting more details soon, the hive mind here is going to declare your friend needs a new jeep.

Seriously, though. Year, gear ratio, tire size, manual or automatic, any modifications, that sort of thing. If you're not sure, the VIN can be used to grab a build sheet and get you a lot of information. Has any work been done to it recently? It would also help to know approximately where your friend is located in case there are any elevation-related issues. Does this happen all the time, or just sometimes? If sometimes, while the Jeep is cold or hot? Does she know what gear she's in before the shift? Full tank of gas? Any noises associated with the behavior?

I would think that the first thing she needs to do is check to see if the Mifflin pins have come loose from the framilator bearings. If you Google Mifflin pins there are a ton of videos explaining how to solve this issue.
