Just got mine for my 4 door 2013 Rubicon and can not seem to get the bolts out of Jeep. I did get one out but the rest will only loosen to a certain point and then nothing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Yep, you just have to pull down on them. They designed not to just fall out. Mine were really hard and I ended up using a large channel locks (above the washer part) to pull down on them while I was turning them. It took some good downward pressure, but they do come out.
I used a floor jack and jack stands to lift them up and hold them in place so I could install them by my self. Made things much easier.
