What are people actually getting?

I know what the sticker says but I have gotten 11.1 overall since I purchase. In about 6000 miles. Wondering if I have an issue

Re-geared on 35's here, info center says 15.7MPG, and calculations (full tank, 200 miles, refill tank at same pump) shows me 16.1mpg. Which Jeep are you talking about (assuming the '15 Rubi HR)?

I have about the same amount on miles on my JKU Sport. When it was stock, i was getting about 20+mpg on mostly highway driving. I estimate that 2000 of the first 3000 miles were highway. That was in the fall.

Then I installed 33's on steel rims and a leveling kit. And my driving pattern was more city. Factor in the winter blend gas and my mileage is now about 16.5 mpg.

16.5 was the average on the wife's '16 2 door before tires. Haven't checked to see what it is after tires
13.5 is my '14 average with 4.88/37s and towing.

So I would say you have a very heavy foot or an issue. OR BOTH :D

Good luck :thumb:

2014 JKUS 6-spd with 3.73 and 255-75-17 Duratracs and TF leveling kit---averaging around 19 mpg hand calculated over the past 4000 miles. About 80% highway/20% city driving

Same mix of driving here. JK 3.73 3.6 motor, 2015. Saw 20 mpg using right lane and keeping it below 70 mph

2015 JKU with 4" lift and 35's, 3.73 ratio...I get about 15 putzing around town. I took a trip this past weekend and drove over 1K miles....and it was VERY windy the entire way...and I got about 12 on the highway. That was driving straight into headwinds of 20+ mph.

The most I have ever gotten is about 16 around town with a very light foot on the gas.

I get better than that when I'm towing. Uphill. With a headwind.

I'm on 33s with 3.73s and a manual trans. The trailer isn't super heavy but, at 2000+ pounds, it makes itself known.
You've got a problem of some sort. Have you stowed your drag chute?

I was at 17.2 with the stock 255/75/17 tires. Since I put on 285/75/17 and a leveling kit I am at 16.7. I am about 50/50 when it comes to highway/city driving.

2014 JKUWW, 3.73, 6 speed, stock: 19.5-20.5 daily driving. Just for fun for the past 4 days I have been driving like a grandma (always shifting before 2500RPM) and was getting about 23-24 MPG.

Yes. I meant the Wrangler.

The SRT gets way better gas mileage. I will contact Jeep to get it looked into.

Thanks everyone

Where are you located and do you have remote start? I averaged 18+ until winter hit and I started using the remote start. Now it's usually in the 15-16 range, but I typically only remote start it before going to work in the morning. I haven't done any manual calculations. I have a 2015 JKU Sahara.

I live in CT. I barely use the remote start.

I have done all my calculations manually since purchase using the Gas Tracker app on my iPhone.
