I'm looking at the PDF Installation Instructions for the AEV Spacer Lift (2"). At the end of the instructions it says to reconnect drive shaft... I don't see where it says when to disconnect it...

I'd like to avoid it if possible and I have access to a spring compressor so I shouldn't have to drop the axle that much to do the job.

Any help would be appreciated. Going to be ordering this kit and Spidertrax spacers in the next week or two.

If anyone has any before and after pics of this kit with stockers , Please Post. Thanks :)

before I went to a RK lift.

one I installed on my buddies.

another I installed on a buddies.

no need to disconnect drive shaft for the spacers but it is easy and does help. I have installed several 2" aev kits and sometimes I do sometimes I don't. I have installed no less than 7 of these 2" aev kits they work well but ditch the cheesy sway bar link brackets and find a set of rear take off ones to stick up front.
