Seems like synergy makes bushings for stock control arms, is there any other companies that make bushings with more mis alignment than stock? What is the misalignment on the stock bushings? I'm trying to save money by not buying new arms all aroundm
The stock rubber bushing flexes and deflects as engineered just fine. Aftermarket stuff does not allow much additional flex (until you get into some pretty significant builds, beyond the typical weekend warrior stuff), rather reduces stresses on the mounts. For the time and frustration of swapping them out, with no significant performance gains, I would put that money towards upgraded arms as budget allows.
Take a look at flex pictures of rigs with stock arms vs aftermarket arms and you will see it's not the stock arms/joints that are limiting flex.
If you are worried about the stress, well, that's why the factory but rubber in there, to deflect and reduce such.
This all comes from an owner with all 8 control arms aftermarket. I'd be real surprised if my rig flexed worse/less with stock arms/joints. Aftermarket arms are for geometry correction necessitated by lifts... not really for added flex... sure, that is how they are marketed...
If your stock bushing are shot, then go for it, but if you are just looking for misalignment (aka flex)... there are better things to fret over.

About a month ago I had the memory who did my gears install a new Adam's extreme duty rear driveshaft with new yoke. I already had an Adam's front driveshaft installer with factory flange. About a week or so ago I...
Being in Florida, we make many beach runs and dive trips throughout the year. Running water to wash of salt, sand, sunscreen lotion, and gear has long been on my to do list. I’m finally getting around to this project, with a different approach than I have seen most others take – which is why I...
So after almost 3 years going from Sahara stock tires to 33s, then 35's on 3,21 gears I finally made the change to 4.56 gearing and TT in the back.
33's here in flat SFLA was fine and I saw no difference in acceleration. When I went to 35's I felt it. Idle moving was gone as was quick...
Hey guys! I’m currently running a 2015 JKU Sport with 3.21 gears, a 4” lift, and 35 inch tires. I previously ran the stock 32’s just as a commuter car to and from school, but now that schools out, I decided to throw the 35’s back on. With that, I want to upgrade gears. I’m undecided between...
I'm running Pro Comp Xtreme 35s on my stock Willy's wheels.
I also have spidertrax 1.75" spacers installed. I still have a point at full turn where my wheels hit my Metalcloak front control arms.
Do I need different wheels to stop this? Bigger spacers?
