I have a 2001 and I have no owners manual that came with it so I'm kinda lost in what screw does what and what direction it goes! My headlights are shining treetops and u would like to know how to align them back down where u can see to drive at night. I see the adjustment screws but have no clue which screw moves it up and down and left to right or which way to turn the screw to make them move the way I need to. So hope someone can help out with this.. Thanks.

Think of your headlights like vertical tetter totter. If you loosen the bottom screw and tighten the top you headlights will point upward. If you loosen the top and tighten the bottom...your lights would point downward. If your driveway is level use your garage door to aim them or use a parking lot and the side of a building. At a distance of 30 FT from vehicle to building...
Hope that helps...

The owners manual does not show you how to adjust or repair your jeep. You would need the Factory Service Manual to do repairs.
