I just finished an aligment on the front axel.
I set it to 1/4 toe in and then drove it a few miles and checked the tires for heat.
They felt warmer on the outside than on the inside.
Is this normal or is that a problem with the aligment?

What is the magic number on toe out.4'' lift
Toe-out is only used on front-wheel vehicles, toe-in is what is used for rear wheel drive vehicles like Wranglers. Lift height has nothing to do with the correct amount of toe-in, only tire diameter affects it. For common Jeep size tires, 1/16" to 1/8" of toe-in is fine.
