I just about finished installing the MetalCloak Bumper with Tire Carrier onto my JK. The directions say to 'Press the Wheel Studs' into the tire/wheel mount. The wheel studs won't simply be 'pressed' in. I've done this before on my current TJ, but I can't remember the method to produce enough pressure to get them installed.

I was thinking about finding a nut to torque and pull the wheel stud through.

Feel free to offer input/ideas.

If i understand correctly what you are asking, then use washers in between the lug nut and the mount, and tighten with a long ratchet/breaker bar. It is the same concept as when changing studs on the axle hub.

Something like this,
