Don't know of any adapter.
Without seeing them myself, you can remove the pin lock from the plugs (from your factory light and the JW light) release the pins and pull them out and see if they are the same style/size. If they are, just put the JW pins/wires into the stock light plug and reinstall the pin lock. Might have to trace wires to see what does what (euro lights have some differences to US)
If they aren't the same...might have to do some cutting.

OK, so you can't swap the pins 'cus the light plugs aren't the same. You're basically trying to adapt female to female. With no adapter available that I know of, I think you're stuck and will have to use the plug from your stock light. If you don't want to cut that (i.e. in case you need to reinstall them in the future) you can always buy some cheap trailer wiring harness adapters to get the correct plug ends (or even get 4 trailer adapters and you can make your own female to female adapters. But the cheapest ones I found were $13 US each). Have you tried contacting JW? Either for an adapter, EU version of the light, or even extra plugs w/pins?
By "code of the plugs", do you mean part number, or wiring diagram? I don't know the P/N, and I can't speak to the EU wiring, but I know the wiring for a 2016 JKU if that helps :).

Its fine bro. I seached for an adapter, wasnt able to find any so i used the oem plug and it was straight forward.. No complications. All colors on the jw match the oem matched other than the turn signal because its a EU version the turn signal light wire was missing in the JW.. So i connected them with the brake light and it was all done.. Thanks anyways for the help 👍👍👍

Hello and Happy New Year.
I have the same issue bought US LED tail lights without knowing there is a difference with EU spec cars. Do the lights work now after the conversion? About the turn signal light if you connect to the brake light they won't turn on every time you brake?

Thank you,
Jim

The last post from the OP was almost a year ago. He has only 18 total posts. I doubt you will get an answer from him. Someone else may be able to help but you are going to have to be patient.

Hi, I replaced the US with the EU plugs colors on the wires match (between US-EU) and since the US does not have a fourth wire for the indicators I connected to the brake. Everything works, except that the rear indicators stop blinking as soon as you press the brake and they just stay on as long as you press the brake. Is there any solution to this? how is it possible to have the indicators blinking while braking?

I’m about to put European taillights on my American Jeep. From what I’ve read elsewhere, the only solution seems to be to run wires from the front turn signals to the back of the Jeep. Not ideal, but I’m sure it will solve the problem.
