I have an 03 sport w/ a 5 speed. If I depress the clutch for more than 4-5 seconds it will slowly start to engage the gear I'm in (@ a light waiting for green). It is next to impossible to get back to neutral once it starts and I eventually stall. There isn't an issue getting in and out of gears under normal driving. Any ideas what I'm dealing with?

Sounds like you've either got a slave cylinder or master cylinder leak. One of the two isn't holding pressure and is letting the clutch back out.
Until it is fixed I would just throw it into neutral at a red light and let the clutch out, then when the light turns green put it back in gear.

BTW, you should be doing that anyway to prevent excessive use of the throwout bearing. :)
90% of the time, thats what I do. Guess I should just be a little more patient
