My 1999 TJ always smells like anti/freeze after driving it. There's no leaks, and my radiator is always full. What the heck is wrong?

Had the same problem, ended up being thermostat housing on mine leaking just a tiny amount. I spent 2 months pressure testing and trying to find the leak until one day it just burst at work.

Even the very smallest amount will leave an odor. Look around the rad tanks, hose fittings, it doesn't have to be big enough to drip to be smelled. If you have A/C and get fog out the vents-it may be leaking heater core. I have heard others say that this can happen on high humidity days also. Anytime I have seen it-it was a heater core leaking a tiny amount of hot water/coolant into the evaportor housing-and then out the A/C drain-so hard to see any psyhical green coolant leak. PITA to replace if you have factory A/C.
