I repositioned some wires behind the speaker area. It helped.

Hi robfoley123,Thanks to you both for your replies. Unfortunately I already took it to the dealer - three times. The first time I reported it. The second time they replaced the speaker to no avail. The third time they forgot #1 and #2 and that they were supposed to ask Jeep if there is a service alert for it. Now they say it is radio station dependent - it is not. I'm taking it in again this week and I fear they are going to take the dash apart and screw things up forever.

I have this same problem. The dealership sent my radio out for repair it did have other issues but during diagnostics they fried out both my batteries. Cost me $300 to drive it home and they won’t replay the aux battery. After I got the radio back it still has that voice doubling and vibration.
