With what you are wanting to do it might be difficult to find a strictly buy and weld setup for brackets. www.mountainoffroad.com makes a good set of brackets for a Ford 8.8 axle, but I don't know what the tube diameter is on the Nissan axle so it's hard to say go get one or the other.
The bracket kits are kind of pricy because they are 1/4 inch laser cut steel that has been formed to make perfect fitting replica's for the stock Jeep axle brackets. These are way stronger than stock brackets.
