2012 Wrangler JK. Rough country lift.

I've noticed the last two times ive driven I get this baby sized version of a death wobble in the steering wheel. I got under the jeep with some sockets planning to tighten things up, but honestly i'm not sure what to tighten up. So I figured I'd ask.

Here are some pics.

I don't really think there is a baby sized version of Death Wobble.
There is a wobble, and there is Death Wobble.
Is the wobble speed related? Does it come and go at certain speeds? Or does it happen when you hit a certain type of bump?
Real Death Wobble is usually related to the track bar, as mentioned. It can be the track bar bolts aren't properly tight, it can be the bolt holes are wobbled out (which means you can't properly tighten the track bar).
Did you put the double steering stabilizer on it or was that a previous owner thing? Those things make me wonder why it was installed.
Anyway, a speed related wobble is usually tire balance.
Also, you may want to have the alignment checked, paying extra attention to caster and toe.
