I installed a pair of Dually's yesterday to replace the factory fog lights on my 14 JK. Direct wired to the battery with the relay activation circuit run off the stock fog light wiring using the Rigid harness. At first everything worked fine then this morning the relay started pulsing non stop whenever I turned them on. I know alot of people have wired their lights this way and would like to know if anyone else has run into this problem. should I try to replace the relay or is the canbus causing the problem?

Sounds like a bad/loose ground for the relay. Double check that it's tight and make sure you put it to bare unpainted metal.

I figured it out. All grounds and connections were good. Had to put a diode and a capacitor in the circuit to maintain constant voltage to the relay. The canbus pulse from the stock fog light circuit I was using as control the relay was the culprit.

Thanks!!
