It's in Butler, PA. Home of the first Jeep.
They are attempting to break the world record for most Jeeps in a parade.

Will be driving from NE Indiana-82 yr old father, retired mechanic (Jeeps in Haiti) wants to go-be interesting getting him in and out of wrangler. May have to use Cherokee.

Like convoy idea-anyone else want to get in on this? Also wondering (yes I know it is 10 months off) preferences for lodging? Appear to be some nice B&Bs that way. If it goes over as well as they are hoping-the good things will fill up fast.

I'm about 10 miles from Butler.
Aside from B&B's or motels, they are also offering camping at the Butler Fairgrounds.
And you can bet I'll post pics. Probably some vids too.
Still waiting for those incharge of this to get me some fliers to put around. Gotta get as many Jeeps there as possible!!

My GF is taking her Liberty, her mom with her Compass and still trying to get my dad to take his Grand Cherokee.

Like Draggo said, this is the first one, seeing as it's the 70th anniversary of the original Jeep. So it's kinda also the last (atleast for 70 years of Jeep) I'm sure there will be a 100 year one, but that's a bit too far in the future to plan for just yet.

The town of Butler has and is doing many things for this. For the entire summer, every Tuesday, there was a Jeep Get Together at a local mall.
This isn't your typical Jeep Festival. It's almost a once in a lifetime event.

Soooo, come and join the fun that is JEEP!!!
