I would go with Teraflex on this one. BDS has some nice goodies, but Teraflex is tried and true for the jk. Brand loyalty also plays a factor. BDS has many truck applications and many truck aficionado's that switched to JK's will likely get BDS.
I have a BDS lift and while I know it's not a popular choice it was the brand of choice at a my shop. 6 months in and zero issues. BDS website also notes a good warranty for replacement parts: no questions asked. Again, opinions may vary.
BDS is lower spec lift than a Teraflex. It will have cam washers for caster correction, a frame side rear track bar bracket and average at best shocks unless you upgrade to Fox. Those are low end specs...
