Just recently purchased a 99 Jeep Wrangler, the left front lower control arm and bracket are both bent. I'm going to replace both brackets and control arms, my question. Can this be done without dropping the front axle assembly?

Rock Krawler Suspension RK00396TJ - Rock Krawler Heavy Duty Front Lower Control Arm Mounts for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ - Quadratec

System Benefits:
Heavy duty lower control arm mounts.
Built in skid plate.

Notes:
Requires removal of the OEM lower control arm mounts.
Requires welding of the new lower control arm mounts to the axle.
Recommend having adjustable lower control arms for proper axle positioning and caster settings.
Install Time: Less than an hour
Thanks.
