Steering stabilizers are all the same thing, a hydraulic shock with a 50:50 valve ratio. So long as you stay with a decent name brand, any will be fine. Monroe makes most of them anyway. ProComp's does tend to rust quicker because its not finished as well with paint and chrome but the others like Monroe, Rancho, RE, Skyjacker, OME, Doetsch Tech, etc. will all be fine.
And as the others said, the steering stabilizer has nothing to do with DW. Replacing the small OE factory stabilizer with a bigger aftermarket stabilizer may help temporarily mask the DW symptoms but that's it... it is no more part of the cure for Death Wobble as a band-aid is part of the cure for a skin cancer.
