Just finished installing the BestTop TrexTop on the TJ, and I am impressed.
It is a vast improvement over the BestTop Sunrider that I put on 6yrs ago.
I like the factory style door surrounds, the front and rear support bows, as the Sunrider had some Velcro closures over the doors and after time, the front sagged and help a ton of water.
The stitching had begun to rot after spending 2.5 years in South Carolina; it was due for a change.
Did not order new door uppers, they are in pretty good shape.

Had mine since May, love it! With a little practice I'm to the point where I can put it on by myself (including the door surrounds) in less than 15 minutes.

On my second year. Only complaint is that you really can't roll up the rear window. Pretty much stays out for the most part.

I hear you, when I replaced the factory one with the Sunrider 6 yrs ago, same thing, no straps to roll the window up and secure, so the window was either in or out, mostly out.
