Would like to hear every ones input on what the biggest tire size I can run without a lift. I do have wheel spacers 1.5" and was hoping to get a set of 33's under it before having to lift but wasn't sure if the spacers would give me enough room not to rub any suggestions or thoughts. What have you done?

Depends on how saggy your springs are and where and how you drive.
Street driven rigs can fit bigger tires because they don't flex that much.

33 sounds way to big for stock height.

I have 235/75/15s and without a lift or opened up fenders I wouldn't go any bigger. Or wider.

I had a 1" shackle lift with 31's and they rubbed the factory flares on big bumps . The biggest I have ever seen was 32's with 6" wide flares . I.M.O. 33's are too big with no lift

33s will fit fine on a stock suspension if you start cutting. you can also do a DIY highline cut 2 inches out of your hood then redrill the holes in your fenders by 2 inches and move them up. there is a lot of other little things you need to do as well when doing this but its been don a number of times.
