Hello,

Is anyone running Black Rock Type 8 Series 997 16" rims on a JKU?

They are offered with the 5x5 bolt pattern in the following sizes:

16x7 with 4" backspacing

or

16x8 with 4.25" or 5" backspacing

Will any of these work and if so which would work best? Thanks for any help.

For tires up to 12.5" wide, you'll be best off with the 8" version. And the 4.25" bs will give you plenty of room to clear aftermarket lift components, steering stops, etc. Could possibly end up w/some rubbing with the 5".

Thanks, planning on running the Goodyear Duratrac almost 35" with them. Was going to wait until the new year but really considering moving the schedule up.
