My cab mount bushings needed to be replaced on my 87 YJ. things were going smooth until I reached the rear body mount. The bolt has rusted-fused- onto the nut and the nut is no longer attached so it moves around. I have tried PB to loosen it up but it does not work. Once I get the bolt out does anyone have any ideas on how to get a new bolt/nut attached?

The easiest way is to take an angle grinder with a cut off wheel and cut a hole in the body from the inside of the fender well, so you can get in there to remove the old and have enough room to tighten the new.

Then weld a patch in place, or I have seen some that use a can of spray foam to fill the hole and then trim it smooth and paint over it with some tar or bed liner.
