Backspacing will matter. I may be flip-flopped with my response, and if so somebody will come along and correct me, but the less backspacing you have, the further out your wheels will stick from the fender. This will allow you to get wider/taller tires that won't rub when at full turn.
The more backspacing, the further under your vehicle you'll get.
I believe the factory wheels came with something like 6" of backspacing. FWIW, I've got 4.25" of backspacing (I think that's what I'm at) on my ProComp 52 wheels.
