97 TJ sport no ABS

pass caliper was seized/stuck replaced with NAPA reman

bled system per Haynes manual filling with new fluid during the process

pedal has good resistance with jeep off

pedal goes to floor with very little force when running and brake warning light on

bled system again....a lot.

same issue.

there doesn't appear to be any leak in system

one weird thing I noticed the first time is the driver parking lamp went on while pressing brake pedal. after I turned jeep on and off this has not happened again.

Manual says with this problem there is little or no fluid. but its at the full line.

Any help would be appriciated

Your left and right calipers are swapped placing the bleed valve at the bottom instead of the top where it needs to be.

Problem solved! It makes it a hell of a lot easier to bleed when the bleeder is on top. I should now read my own signature. Thanks jerry i have done calipers a few times before but never made this mistake. Oh well.
