I have a 2011 JKU 2 months ago my drivers side brake light went out, no problem changed bulb. Very next day passenger brake light went out ok no problem changed the bulb. Yesterday my drivers side brake light went out again. So I changed both sides just because I assume it's going to happen to the other side as well. 2 months seems a little soon to go out again? Any one else have this issue?

Is the bulb actually popping or is the circuit having an issue your resolving by taking the bulb out? Using bulb grease?

Might be the circuit. I've just changed the bulbs haven't looked further into anything else. I'll have to take a look. Thanks

I went through this with my last motorcycle. The bubs I was buying were made in China and not quality. When I went to Osram [made in Hungary, I believe], the constantly blown bulbs stopped.

Motorcycles and 4wd vehicles should use heavy duty bulbs [assuming you can find them] because of vibration and shock.
