So I took my 2007 JK out today for some off roading. Hit some huge bumbs along the way but I figured she could handle it. However, when I got back on the road I noticed that my brakes were not quite right. I was hitting the brakes but I was barely braking. I can slow her down, but I can't come to a full stop anymore without using my E brake (Jeep is also a manual).

I checked the brake fluid level and its inbetween min and max. I also checked the brake pads and they seem to be fine. Any suggestions?

UPDATE: Went out to drive it around the block and see if I could build up pressure by pumping the brakes a few times and now my brake light is on. And my brakes are still not responding like they used to.

If your talking about huge bumps at speed, Jeeps aren't really great at that. Maybe you dislodged something, you'll have to jack it up, pull the wheels and inspect/trouble shoot.

If it's that bad, there should be some physical/mechanical evidence
